LIVE Main branch · 12 snooker & pool tables

Every table. Every frame. Every penny.

In club snooker the loser of the frame pays for it. CueManager keeps that count on every table, settles the tab at the end of the night, and tells you what the day was worth.

What the club runs on

Everything the front desk used to keep in a notebook, on one screen.

How frame billing works

Loser pays. Settled automatically.

Most clubs already play this way. CueManager just does the arithmetic and keeps the tab where everyone can see it.

  1. Start a frame

Pick a table, choose Singles or Doubles, and set per-frame, per-hour, or per-minute pricing.

  2. Score the result

Tap the winner and the other side is charged the frame price. A doubles frame charges double.

  3. Settle up

The running total ticks up live. End the session and take payment by cash, card, or member wallet.

Score a frame and every screen in the club redraws.

Screenshot of the CueManager table board: a sidebar of club modules beside the main panel, where a summary rail reading 9 available, 5 occupied, 2 reserved and 1 in maintenance sits above a grid of table cards that each show a table number, name, branch and status. The rail counts all 17 tables, while the grid below it is filtered to snooker and shows six.

Ready to go live

If your club doesn’t run in dollars, neither does CueManager.

The small things that decide whether software survives a real counter.

Your currency, your till

Bill in your club’s own currency and record cash, card, bank transfer, or local mobile-wallet payments against the session or tab.

More than one language

The whole interface runs in English or Urdu, switched from the header on whatever device you are working at. Right-to-left is laid out properly, not mirrored as an afterthought, and more languages are coming.

Receipts that print

A printable receipt for every settled session and sale, with PDF export built in.

Your branch’s clock

Daily totals cut over at your branch’s own midnight, not the server’s, so “today” means the day you just worked.

On WhatsApp, like your members

Messages leave from your club's own WhatsApp Business number, on approved templates, and every send is recorded in a log.

Still deciding? FAQ

Each frame has a price. When you tap the winner, CueManager charges the losing side and adds it to the running tab, which is how most club players already settle up between themselves. You can also bill per hour or per minute.

Doubles sessions bill at 2× the per-frame rate automatically, and the system splits what each player owes at checkout.

Yes. Table time and canteen orders accumulate on one running bill that the customer settles once, by cash, card, wallet credit, or any split of those. Every charge and payment stays in the tab's history after it is settled, and tabs can be switched on per branch.

One login covers every branch you own, switching between them takes a click, and you can read the numbers one branch at a time or all of them together. Access is set by six roles: SuperAdmin, Organization Admin, Branch Manager, Front Desk, POS Staff and Marker.
